What is missing

You read the books. You listen to the podcasts. You can articulate the frameworks. And yet, beneath the productivity and the doing, something still feels unsettled.

For people carrying real influence and stewardship, most support spaces aren’t built for the weight and pace of your life. Success can quietly narrow your world, the higher the responsibility, the harder it becomes to know who sees you clearly. And so, you end up trying to do it alone.

We are not meant to see ourselves clearly in isolation. Without someone to help discern what is true beneath the noise and the masks, even the most disciplined person will lose clarity, consistency, and impact.

Over time, without that, a quiet drift sets in. You begin to lose your ability to show up fully, for your team, your family, community and God. What’s missing isn’t another tool or technique to implement. What’s missing is a consistent way back to peace and presence.

“Return to your rest, my soul,
for the Lord has been good to you.
For You, Lord, rescued me from death,
my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling.
I will walk before the Lord in the land of the living.”

— Psalm 116:7–9

An 8-Week Spiritual Formation Protocol

This is not a course, a coaching program, or a productivity system.

It is a discipline, a formational container rooted in the centuries-old Ignatian rhythms and practices for people carrying significant responsibility who want an inner life that holds under real load. Through daily prayer and weekly guided reflection, we build a steady rhythm of returning your attention to God. The work is slow on purpose. Foundations are not poured in a weekend.

By the end, you will have written your own Rule of Life. The Latin word for rule, regula, names what a trellis does in a vineyard. It is a structure, engineered to carry the full weight of a fruiting vine through the seasons. It is built to hold what grows, and it gives the growth somewhere to go.

That is the goal of these eight weeks. To build a structure strong enough to hold under pressure, so you stay connected to God, to others, and to yourself when the load gets heavy.

“You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.”

— Ephesians 4:22–24

Is this for you?

This is designed for people who:

  • Carry significant professional or leadership responsibility and influence
  • Operate at a high cognitive and emotional load for self, team, and family
  • Feel internally “on” but not internally steady
  • Seek intentional support with confidentiality
  • Feel a calling to carry a greater mission and purpose in their work and calling
  • Want more consistency in prayer, reflection, or inner practice
  • Are open to God, even if their practice is currently inconsistent or underdeveloped

My role
As your Interior Life Advisor, I am here to partner in prayer, discernment, and support through accompaniment — My formation has come through years of lived practice in the contemplative, charismatic and anglican traditions, sustained retreat, study, and the slow work of being shaped by what I now invite others into. I've walked alongside leaders, creatives, and directees for the past several years, and remain under the ongoing care of my own spiritual director, because this work asks the same of me that it asks of you. Years of leading teams and running a creative business shape how I hold this: I know the weight of carrying real responsibility, and the cost of trying to carry it alone. I may ask you hard questions, make observations, and speak truth over you but, I will not make you do the work.

This is formational work, we do this together and it can only unfold through a posture of surrender and trust so that you can return to your own inner life with peace, gratitude, and clarity.
How it unfolds
