Through prayerful conversation, discernment, and compassionate presence, I offer accompaniment for those longing to live with greater clarity, faithfulness, and wholeness. This is not about fixing or striving, it’s about attending to the movements of the Holy Spirit and learning to walk more unhurried and fully in step with God.

An aspiring desert mother, I didn’t arrive at this work because I have all the answers, I arrived because I needed accompaniment myself. My journey has moved through long seasons of burnout and creativity, chaos and clarity, brokenness and rebuilding.
I know what it’s like to carry responsibility quietly, to appear steady on the outside while something deeper asks for attention.
To love God deeply and still hold hard questions. To sense that without space to listen, something in your inner life will eventually make itself known.
Along the way, I encountered the gift of being accompanied, not fixed or managed, but truly listened to. This experience reshapes how I lead, how I relate, and how I live.Today, I work with individuals who are thoughtful about their lives and leadership, as a trusted companion, advisor and thinking partner. Together, we cultivate clarity, presence, and internal alignment, learning to discern and hear God’s voice more clearly so that life and leadership are not only effective, but sustainable and whole. All of it grounded in the Word of God.
My work is shaped by 15 years inside creative leadership environments as well as prayer and discipleship, supporting people through seasons of pressure, growth, and change. I’m continually learning, refining, and deepening my own practice. Information shared will not be disclosed without your consent, except if I sense that you or someone you know may be in immediate danger, I may need to involve appropriate authorities or licensed professionals; or where I am compelled by law to disclose. In these cases, I reserve the right and responsibility to contact appropriate authorities, emergency services, or support resources to protect safety. I reserve the right to pause, redirect, or terminate a session or ongoing relationship if, in my discernment, continuing would compromise emotional, spiritual, or physical safety for either party. Fees for services are listed clearly at the time of booking. Payment is due in advance of each session unless otherwise arranged in writing. Sessions will not be held without completed payment.Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee, except in cases of emergency. Sessions may not be carried over month-to-month for ongoing direction. 1. Is this work only for women?
No, with exception to the Inner Life Protocol, I am focused on supporting women in their spiritual, creative, and leadership journeys. I will consider men depending on the nature of accompaniment.2. What is the difference between spiritual accompaniment / coaching and therapy or counseling?
This work is not therapy or counseling. It is a space for reflection, discernment, and growth in your faith, creativity, relationships, and leadership. If a situation arises that is outside the scope of this work, I will help connect you with appropriate support. I also greatly encourage professional therapy and counseling for deeper work alongside.3. How long is each session?
Sessions are typically 60-120 minutes. I also offer a 30-minute introductory session at no cost for new participants to discern fit and expectations. What a session looks Like:We begin with where you are, no pressure to have it figured out

4. How often should I meet?

Yes. All conversations are confidential, except in situations where there may be harm to yourself or others, in which case I am ethically required to contact authorities to ensure safety.6. How does payment work?
Payment for regular sessions is due in advance via Venmo or Zelle. Packages or bulk sessions can be paid upfront and are non-refundable once started.7. Do I need to have a specific faith or background?
This practice is rooted in Christian faith, and a desire to grow spiritually is important. You do not need to be in a specific denomination, but an openness to faith-based guidance is essential. -
