Morning: Ask “God, what would be pleasing to you today?” And just see what comes to mind. 

Daily (5–10 min) at mid-day or end of day:

  1. Where did I feel most present today?

  2. Where did I feel pressure, anxiety, or reactivity?

  3. What is that revealing about what I’m holding onto?

  4. What am I being invited to release or trust?

  5. What matters tomorrow?

Exercise: get :30 minutes minimum of movement without a device

Sleep: Plan to get 7-9 hours of sleep each night
